Shipping Policies

1.1.  Delivery zones

Andreu guarantees home delivery to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and other EU countries (not including the United Kingdom).

1.2.  Shipping costs 

The following table contains the shipping costs (VAT included):

1.3.  Delivery time

The following table contains delivery time estimates:

Shipments are sent Monday to Friday (except holidays). If you wish to receive the product on a Saturday (except holidays), please take into account that this will involve an additional cost. You can send a request to pep@andreu.shop

** Example for European Union (except for Malta and Cyprus):

  • Orders placed on a Monday before 1 PM will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 1 PM will be delivered on Monday afternoon.

*** Example for Malta and Cyprus:

  • Orders placed on a Monday before 1 PM will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon.
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 1 PM will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon.

1.4 Delivery terms and conditions

On delivery the user are asked to sign a delivery note confirming the order has been delivered and accepted.

Andreu will not accept any liability for delays in delivering the orders when this delay is not directly attributable to the company, or in cases of force majeure according to the relevant provisions of these general terms and conditions. Andreu accepts no liability for delivery errors occurring when the shipping address provided by the customer in the order form is inaccurate or has been omitted. 

Once DHL has collected the product at Andreu, you will receive the delivery time of the product by e-mail and text message. If you wish to change it, the e-mail or text message will contain a link to DHL's tracking platform, where you can customize your delivery (change the date, safety zone1, delivery to a neighbour, service area, change of address or vacations).
